They’re designed for extended use, providing support and comfort whether you’re on your feet, sitting for long periods, or staying active.

It is recommended to take them off before going to bed unless advised otherwise.

Our compression socks use a graduated compression of 15-20mmHg, offering the perfect balance of support and relief without feeling too tight. 

This gentle, gradual compression ensures a consistent support from your ankle to your calf, making them comfortable enough for all-day wear while still effectively reducing swelling and discomfort.

As the sizes increase, the foot bed gets larger too. We understand that people with wider calves often have larger feet as well, so this ensures the fit stays comfortable and supportive for all sizes.

Our socks are durable and can be washed repeatedly without losing their shape or effectiveness. 

For best long-term results, we recommend washing them on a low-temperature, gentle cycle. 

Follow these care tips to keep them in top condition:

- Water temperature below 40℃ (105℉)
- Turn socks inside out before washing
- Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners
- Air dry instead of tumble drying
